Network Membership

CRN has been working with investors for more than 15 years to raise the profile of conflict risk. In the last few years, CRN has tried to increase investors’ awareness of relatively new soft law frameworks that address conflict drivers and stress the importance of a human rights-based approach by economic actors. The membership Network aims to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration amongst investors and experts regarding conflict and how it interacts with financial institutions.

What is the Network?

The CRN membership network is not new and currently consists of all the investors who subscribe to its Sudan Quarterly Report. This initiative to expand the Network comes at a time when CRN is gathering founding signatories for its Investor Commitments on Conflict and developing the next steps for the project.

The goal of the Network is to increase investor knowledge on conflict risk and create an environment where they openly learn and collaborate with each other. Joining the Network will give investor’s access to exclusive member events such as peer-to-peer learning sessions, private webinars and relevant training.

How to join?

Membership is open to institutional investors, asset management firms, asset owner groups, pension funds, and civil society organisations that do work in the field of responsible investment, business and human rights, and conflict.

There are three ways an organisation can become a member:

  1. Subscribing to any of CRN’s paid for research services;
  2. Paying an annual membership fee; or
  3.  Signing on to the Investor Commitments on Conflict (selecting this option free of any charge)

You can view the pricing for our annual membership, here. To learn more about signing on to the Commitments, please email us at [email protected].
